None required. Once the plugin is active, the Delivered status is registered and the customer facing button is wired up. You will not find an Opproval item in the settings menu, and that is by design.
Using it day to day
Marking a single order as Delivered
- Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
- Open the order, or use the quick status control in the list.
- Set the status to Delivered and save.
Marking several orders at once
- In WooCommerce > Orders, tick the orders you have shipped.
- Choose the bulk action that changes status to Delivered.
- Apply it.
What the customer sees
The customer logs in and opens My Account > Orders. Any order sitting in Delivered shows a Mark as Received button. One click sets the order to Completed, and the button is replaced by the normal completed order view.
Troubleshooting
Check the order status first. The button appears only for orders in the Delivered status, and only for the customer the order belongs to, while they are logged in.
The order stays in Delivered. Nothing breaks; you can set it to Completed manually whenever you are ready to close it.
Clear any page or object cache on your site, then check the order again. Cached account pages are the usual reason a button seems to be missing.
