- Digital/virtual offers involve no shipping at all.
- For physical products the seller may add a flat shipping fee to the offer. At checkout this fee replaces the store’s shipping rates for the offer (the offer card total is exactly what the customer pays). If your store has no shipping methods configured at all, the fee is charged as a checkout fee line instead. Either way it is never silently dropped.
- Taxes are calculated by your WooCommerce tax settings; the plugin adds no tax logic of its own. The shipping fee’s taxability is a setting.
- Coupons work normally at checkout.
