Updates tested before they ship
Core, theme and plugins updated on a staging copy first, with the critical paths (checkout, forms, logins) checked before anything reaches the live site.
Daily offsite backups that restore
Files and database, kept off the server, with a restore tested periodically. An untested backup is a hope, not a backup.
Security patched, not only monitored
Vulnerable and abandoned plugins spotted and replaced, hardening applied, malware scanned for. If something does get in, cleanup is included.
Uptime and performance monitoring
The site is checked continuously. We usually know it is down before you do, and speed regressions get caught before customers feel them.

When something breaks you talk to someone who can read the code and fix it, rather than a first-line agent reading from a script. Minutes, not days, on Enterprise.
A live consultation, not only a log
