All settings live under MS Web Arts → WC Offers and are stored in a single option (wcoffers_settings). Defaults in parentheses.
General
Setting
What it does
Enable requests (on)
Master switch for the customer request feature. Off = customers can’t submit requests; sellers can still send offers directly (e.g. from chat or the dashboard).
Product page button (on)
Shows “Request a Custom Offer” under Add to Cart on product pages.
Seller profile button (on)
Shows the request button on seller profile / store pages.
Request expiry, days (14)
Requests with no seller action expire after this many days.
Draft expiry, days (30)
Unsent draft offers expire this many days after their last edit. 0 disables.
Quantity field (off)
Adds a quantity field to the offer builder so an offer can cover multiple units.
Allow cart quantity change (off)
Only relevant when the quantity field is on. By default the offer’s quantity is locked in the cart; enable this to let customers change it (the unit price stays the offer price).
Default expiration (7 days)
The preselected offer validity in the offer builder.
Product links (on)
Links product names on offer/request cards and dashboards to the product page.
Guest login URL (My Account)
Where the login link (shown to logged-out visitors instead of the request button) points. Empty = the My Account login page, returning the visitor to the original page after login.
Checkout
Setting
What it does
After accepting, go to (Checkout)
Send the customer to Checkout or to the Cart after clicking Accept.
Order item label (“Custom Offer”)
The label attached to offer line items on orders, emails, and invoices.
Messaging
Setting
What it does
Messaging provider (Auto)
Which chat integration delivers offer/request cards. Auto picks the best available (Better Messages when active); can be disabled to run email-only.
Chat Create Offer button (on)
Shows the Create Offer button in the chat composer for users allowed to create offers.
Integrations

What it does
Dokan dashboard tab (off)
Adds a Custom Offers tab to the Dokan vendor dashboard.
Fees
A repeater of custom fees applied at offer checkout. See Custom Fees.
Shipping & Tax
Setting
What it does
Seller shipping fee (on)
Lets sellers add a flat shipping fee to offers for physical products.
Shipping fee is taxable (on)
Whether the seller shipping fee is taxed, using your WooCommerce tax configuration.
Advanced
Setting
What it does
Delete data on uninstall (off)
When on, deleting the plugin removes all offers, requests, and settings. See Data & Uninstall.
