Overview
Why your site is slow
After a few hundred of these, it is almost always one of three things, and rarely the one people expect.
The plugins are doing the same job four times
Two caching plugins, an optimizer and a CDN plugin all fighting each other. Each was added to fix the last one, and together they are slower than none.
The server is the bottleneck, not the site
Shared hosting, an old PHP version, no object cache, a database nobody has touched in five years. No front-end trick fixes a slow backend.
It is fast for you and slow for customers
Cached for logged-out visitors on a good connection, and painful on a phone in the country you sell to. Cart and checkout are never cached, which is exactly where money is lost.
What the work covers
Fixed in order of impact, with a measurement after each change so you can see what earned its place.

A real baseline, on your real pages
Core Web Vitals and load times captured on home, category, product, cart and checkout, from the regions your customers are in, not a lab bench.

Server, PHP and database tuning
PHP version and limits, OPcache, object caching with Redis, database cleanup and indexing, slow-query hunting. This is where the biggest wins usually are.

Caching that is set up once, correctly
Page, object and browser caching configured to work together, with cart, checkout and account pages excluded properly so nothing breaks.

Assets cut down honestly
CSS and JS audited and reduced, render-blocking removed, fonts loaded properly, and the plugins loading assets on pages that do not use them dealt with.

Images and media, done at the source
Modern formats, correct sizes, lazy loading that does not hurt LCP, and a CDN when it actually helps rather than by default.

A written before-and-after report
Every change, what it earned, and what is left. Yours to keep, hand to a client, or use to argue for a better server.
Every build also includes
45 minutes. No obligation. You talk to the developer.
What is in, and what is not
The second list is the useful one. Nobody puts it on a services page, and it is the fastest way to know whether we are a fit.
How an optimization runs
Short and evidence-led. Most sites are finished inside a week.
- Audit call30-45 minWe look at the site together, run a live audit and tell you what is actually slow and roughly what it costs to fix. Some sites need $120 of work, some need a new server. You hear which.
- Baseline and plan1 dayMeasurements captured across key page types and regions, then a ranked list of fixes by impact. You approve the list before anything is touched.
- Optimize in order of impact2-4 daysServer and database first, then caching, then assets and images, with a full backup before each stage and a measurement after it.
- Verify and report1 dayRe-measured against the baseline on the same pages and regions, then the written report, plus anything we recommend you do next.
What we work on
Front end, back end and the server. Speed work that stops at the theme file does not last.
We also run servers on DigitalOcean, Cloudways, CyberPanel and DirectAdmin. When the honest answer is that your host is the problem, we can say so and move you.

My experience with Imrul is amazing. I have been working with him for an extended period of time. He has worked on numerous websites and projects and always seems to deliver. He communicates well, is knowledgeable about different plugins, and always gets the job done.

Great experience. We were looking for a simple solution to our problem and found mswebarts. Im definetely not the easiest client when it comes to questions & custom solutions, but can’t remember he didn’t answer one of those.
Thumbs up, can recommend 🙂
