MS Web Arts is committed to providing high-quality web design and development services to our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the work done for non-subscription services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • This refund policy is applicable to products ( Subscription or non-subscription plugins and themes ) and non-subscription services provided by MS Web Arts.
    • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery of the completed work for services and within 7 days for products.
  2. Exclusions:
    • Subscription-based services are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
    • Consultations are non-refundable.
    • Any additional third-party expenses incurred during the project are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will not be issued if the client has already approved and accepted the work.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, the client must contact MS Web Arts via email at [email protected] within the 30-day period for services and within 7-day period for products.
    • The refund request must include the reason for dissatisfaction and any relevant details for services to support the claim. We refund products no question asked.
    • MS Web Arts will review the request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
    • Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days using the original payment method.
  4. Usage Rights:
    • Upon receiving a refund, the client agrees to forfeit any usage rights to the work provided by MS Web Arts.
  5. Dispute Resolution:
    • In the event of any dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution.
    • If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal action as permitted by law.
  6. Amendments:
    • MS Web Arts reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
